Premium features are billed on recurring monthly, quarterly, or biannual terms via Stripe unless canceled before renewal. Trial offers are limited to one 7-day trial per eligible account. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. No Guaranteed Outcomes
We do not guarantee prediction accuracy, winnings, or any specific betting outcomes. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and financial risk.
6. Prohibited Jurisdictions
The service is not intended for use in jurisdictions where sports betting tips or related services are restricted or illegal. You are responsible for ensuring lawful use in your location.
7. Account Conduct and Termination
You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the platform. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
Savy's Tips branding, software, models, and content are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, republish, or create derivative commercial products without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savy's Tips and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections required by your local jurisdiction.
